Returns and exchanges must be authorized in advance. Please inspect the item immediately after you receive it. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date. All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. Customers MUST notify us via email, or Contact Us form.
Customer service will assess the situation and issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. The buyer is responsible for all of the return costs (including the shipping fee and insurance). If a refund is issued, please allow 2-3 weeks for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
